The Maine Medical Consultants Portal is a centralized management and operations platform designed to simplify the coordination of medical directors, healthcare facilities, timesheets, billing, invoicing, and compliance documentation. It brings essential administrative and financial workflows together in one secure, organized system, helping organizations reduce manual work, improve visibility, and maintain accurate records across their medical director programs.
Administrators can create and manage facility profiles, including addresses, monthly stipends, allotted hours, invoice recipients, internal notes, and medical director assignments. The system supports both primary and associate medical directors, with clearly defined hour shares for each individual. Assignment changes are managed carefully so that submitted timesheets and existing monthly records remain accurate, while future changes can be applied without disrupting historical data.
Medical directors receive access to the facilities assigned to them and can submit monthly timesheets based on their individual hour allocation. The platform guides directors through activity-based hour entry, validates that submitted hours match their assigned share, and supports electronic attestation. When multiple directors are assigned to one facility, the system tracks each submission separately and clearly identifies whether all required timesheets have been submitted or whether additional action is still needed.
